We're inundated. So why on earth would I launch yet another program—or even start an Instagram/FB account?
Because I get it.
The confusion. The frustration. The endless stream of conflicting advice.
I’ve been in the health and fitness world for 26 years—ever since the birth of my fourth child. And let me tell you, I’ve lived through all the fads:
• Teen magazines telling us what we should look like
• The cabbage soup diet
• Calories in vs. calories out
• The low-fat, fat-free era
• 1200-calorie meal plans
• Daily cardio to “burn fat”
• NutriSystem (yeah, did that too)
Even in my first decade as a fitness professional, the go-to formula was an hour of cardio a day and obsessive calorie counting.
Fast forward to today—and here’s what I know for sure:
Women in the 50+ crowd are woefully underserved.
The advice out there? Confusing at best, harmful at worst. What used to work… doesn’t. And nobody seems to be telling us why—or what to do instead.
That’s exactly why I created Forever StrongHER.
This isn’t about chasing a number on the scale or shrinking ourselves to fit an outdated ideal. It’s about feeling strong, vibrant, and in control of our health for the next few decades.
I’m developing an online program that helps women navigate this new stage of life—one that considers the whole picture:
• Managing cortisol and stress
• Honoring your circadian rhythm
• Understanding your nervous system
• Fueling your body with intention
• Prioritizing sleep, hydration, and recovery
And most importantly? Getting strong—mentally, physically, emotionally.
This is not a quick-fix program.
There’s no counting calories, macros, steps, or calories burned. That approach no longer serves us—and frankly, it never really did.
Instead, we’ll build sustainable habits and a lifestyle that supports us long-term. One that’s kind to our bodies and rooted in science, not shame.
There is a better way to live, feel, and move through the second half of life.
Let’s rewrite the story—and get stronger together.
